This book aims to establish a scientific framework of social rules grounded in mathematics and logic. It begins by reviewing the historical development of the natural sciences, contrasting their methodological rigor and determinacy with the relative shortcomings of contemporary social sciences in terms of methodology and epistemic certainty, and on this basis undertakes a redefinition of the very concept of "science." Through systematic analyses of a series of controversial social issues, it exposes the structural limitations of traditional governance approaches. The core of the work lies in the proposal of the mathematical principles of "Fair Rule Theory," an attempt to employ rigorous mathematical models to describe and derive the universal principles that social rules ought to follow, thereby constructing an entirely new worldview. Building upon this framework, the book further derives a set of laws under a "Standard Social Model," demonstrating how these principles can be applied to formulate social rules in a scientifically grounded manner, with the aim of achieving a higher degree of justice and order. It concludes with "A Letter to All Humanity," calling for a rational and scientific spirit in the collective pursuit of an ultimate paradigm for human social governance. This work represents an interdisciplinary intellectual experiment to mathematize and formalize the social sciences with greater precision and rigor.
